You can’t be there at 8 AM. We can call.

Care Companion rings your parents for every tablet, in their language, and tells you how the day went.

No smartphone needed. No app for them to learn.

A grown-up daughter laughing with her elderly mother and father, her arm around her father, outdoors on a sunny day

The three questions on every call home.

You ask them out of love. They hear them as nagging. Let us do the asking.

  • “Did you take it?”

You ask. They say yes. You’re never quite sure, and asking a third time starts an argument.

  • “Are you eating properly?”

The doctor said less sugar and less salt. The kitchen has forty years of habits.

  • “Who’s taking you to the doctor?”

The visit is on Thursday at 10:30. You’re in a meeting, 800 km away.

How a reminder call sounds.

Short, polite and in their language. It waits while they fetch the tablet, and checks that it’s taken before saying goodbye.

If something is wrong, you hear first.

If she says she’s fallen, we stop and call you. Then we tell her to call 112.

Three things stop the reminder straight away

  • Chest pain
  • A fall
  • Trouble breathing

We call you straight away. A real person follows up on every one of these.

Care Companion is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 112.

Amma and Papa, each with their own calls.

Add both parents, or an uncle who lives alone. Each gets their own language, medicine list and timings. You see them side by side.

Questions about the plans

What’s in the Basic plan?

A call or WhatsApp message for every tablet, in your language. And an alert when a medicine or dose is coming to an end, so a refill is never a last-minute rush.

What does the Family plan add?

Everything in Basic, plus you can add up to three family members. You choose what each one can see.

Do I need the Family plan?

Only if you want family to follow along. If you just want reminders and alerts for one person, Basic has them.
